These Payment Terms outline how payments are processed for purchases and services on The Neighborhood Collective platform.

By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers.

Available payment methods may include:

– Instant EFT

– Other methods as made available at checkout

2. Currency

All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

The Neighborhood Collective does not store or have access to your full card details.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed once:

– Payment has been successfully processed

– You have received confirmation of your order

We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment has not been successfully completed.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

– The order will not be processed

– The item will not be reserved

You may attempt payment again using an alternative method.

– Orders affected by incorrect pricing may be cancelled and refunded

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

10. Service Payments

For styling or consulting services:

– Payment may be required upfront or as a deposit

– Bookings are only confirmed once payment terms are met
