This Booking and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for all styling and consulting services offered by The Neighborhood Collective.

By booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be made through the approved booking system or via direct confirmation.

A booking is only confirmed once:

– Payment has been received (if required), or

– Written confirmation has been issued

2. Payment Terms

Depending on the service, full payment or a deposit may be required to secure a booking.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their booking provided that:

– A minimum of 24 hours notice is given

– The new time slot is available

Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

– Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may qualify for rescheduling or credit

– Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of payment

5. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled booking without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will:

– Result in full forfeiture of the booking fee

– Not be eligible for refund or rescheduling

6. Late Arrivals

Clients are expected to arrive on time.

– Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time

– Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival

7. Service Disclaimer

Styling services are based on professional advice and personal interpretation.

– Results are not guaranteed

– Recommendations may vary based on individual preferences and circumstances

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

– Providing accurate information

– Being prepared for sessions

– Communicating expectations clearly

9. Provider Rights

The Neighborhood Collective reserves the right to:

– Cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances

– Refuse service where necessary

– Modify booking conditions where required

10. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

– Missed appointments

– Late cancellations

– Completed services

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
